Understanding our process helps us create better work together. Here is what you need to know before we begin.
Delivery varies by project size. Smaller projects take a few days, while larger ones may take a couple of weeks. You’ll receive an estimated delivery window before the project begins.
Raw files are not part of standard packages. They can be delivered on request for an added fee.
A confirmed date requires a signed agreement and a deposit. Once both are received, the slot is locked in your name.
Travel within the main service area is covered. Locations outside that zone may require an extra fee, calculated based on distance and time.
You’ll receive a set number of revisions with your package. These cover adjustments to color, tone, pacing, and small edits. Any extra changes outside the included rounds can be added for an additional charge.
